Supplemental Schedule/Snow Days
Tuition and Fees
When you enroll your child at CNS, you are reserving and purchasing a tuition slot for the period of time which begins with the month of your enrollment and ends in June, which you in turn, pay for in prorated monthly installments. There are no time substitutions for unused days, sick days, or vacation days.
If you would like to make a change in your scheduled hours, please do so in writing to the Director. Requests for extended hours will be accommodated if at all possible. Requests for reduced hours or notice of withdrawal are submitted by the Director to the Board of Directors. Please note that it is not our policy to grant tuition refunds or to waive tuition for reduced hours or withdrawal. An exception to this rule occurs during the first 2 weeks of your child's enrollment. If by the end of that time your child is not doing well, you may withdraw your child completely, and unused paid days will be refunded. Other exceptions are handled on an individual basis by the Board of Directors.
Charges and Billing
A non-refundable registration fee of $40 is required at registration. A second child from the same family pays a $20 registration fee. The registration fee is doubled ifyou register after the deadline. If you have more than one child enrolled at CNS you will receive a 10% discount for the second child or the child with the fewer number of hours.
Bills will be placed in your CNS mailbox on the 15th of each month. There will be a 5% late fee assessed on all balances not paid by the due date.
Arrears
Failure to pay your bills for two months in succession may result in the withdrawal of your child from CNS. Drop in hours are not available if your account is not paid in full.
Late Fees
You will be charged an additional fee if you drop off your child early or pick up your child late without prior approval:
5-15 minutes.....$10.00
greater than 15 minutes.....$25.00 first time
$50.00 second time
$100.00 third time
Return Check Charge
There will be a $25.00 handling charge for each check returned by the bank for insufficient funds or any other reason.
